UpdatedSp contains tramodol and spasmo that makes us feel tipsy and kill the body ache. So there is a tablet which you can get easily in medic shops which contains the same. 2 tramatas and 1 spasmonil at one time makes the same effect like 1 2 sp but as you know there is always a side effects of medic. Its sideeffect may be skin problem and may be stomach ache. I know what withdrawals are like. I had also spent weeks without having a nap or without without going out on a date because of the pain and the low feeling. But we all have to go through this coz we are the one who started it, and we got to be the one who gets out of this addiction.
