Hello, Mack! How are you?

This tablet is manufactured by Greenstone Limited and they list it as containing 1mg of Alprazolam. The FDA warns that this medication carries the risk of being habit forming and could cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, headache and irritability.

Yes, if your doctor approves of your taking it, it can help with some of the symptoms, such as anxiety, depression, insomnia and etc. that can occur with opioid withdrawal. Though it likely won't do much for rebound aches and pains.

Is there anything else I can help with?

This tablet is absolutely identical to Pfizer Xanax 1mg (see PDR, code UPJOHN 90) & is manufactured on the same production line; the only difference to the more expensive brand is the imprint!
In itself, no, it will NOT help opiate withdrawal. It is extremely useful in helping the inevitable anxiety and stress caused by coming off opiates but yes, you really DO need to take at least 10 - 14 days tapering your opiate intake down to zero as well. "Cold Turkey" is NOT an option if you wish to remain comfortable; days 3 - 5 of sudden abstinence will see you constantly vomiting and running to the jakes (great Shakespearian word for lavatory) with seemingly endless diarrhoea. Plenty of fluids, vitamins B and C, eating only small bites until you are able to hold things down; you may need to continue with the alprazolam (at the worst points in your withdrawal a higher 2mg dosage may be more effective - G3722 long white bars - ) & taper off that as your stress levels diminish, never too quickly, finishing when you are down to 0.25mg tablet daily, your doc will help with a regimen that reduces discomfort to a minimum.
