Alprazolam 1 Mg Marked Ifa

I bought 1mg Alprazolam. the pills are oval like and are white. Scored on one side and the otherside has IFA on it.

I don't know what dosage the white ones are, but I thought that the purple/bluish speckled tablets with IFA on one side (scored on the other) were the 1 mg doses. Were they shipped to you directly from Mexico?

Were they supplied to you in a prescription bottle or in the original manufacturer's packaging? Just wondering the name of the manufacturer as well. The markings do indicate the Alprazolam but I've been unable to confirm the dose amount.

the bottle shows APOTEX and has a GI on it . .

I was able to confirm Apotex GI is a manufacturer in Mexico, which makes sense. If you see the URL http://www.apotex.com.mx/productosgi/gi/alprasolam.htm They show a picture of the box, but unfortunately not of the pills. The dosage which is listed on that page is 0.25mg, but it very possible that you did get the 1mg dosage, just the manufacturer web site is not listing them. All in all I'd say that you did get the correct medication. Do you notice if they have worked for you as expected?

I bought two SEALED bottles of 1mg Alprazolam by Apotex Pharms in Mexico. The pils are white, football shaped, marked "IFA" on one side and bisected on the other. The link is a picture of the SEALED bottle the pills were in. Are they legit?

In this country, white, single-scored ovals are .25 MG.

Apotex Pharma, has a license to manufacture,the benzo alprazolam, from Protein, S.A.de C.V. Damas 120, Benito Juarez San Jose Insurgente, 3900 Mexico Df, Mexico. Source: Martindale page 1356, 36th edt, first published in the year 1883, covering 40 countries.
Here is my 2 cents worth.......I was in Cabo San Lucas, (Los Cabo's) February 2012. I had no prescription, but empty pharmacy bottles of Zolpidem
(Stillnox/Ambien), Diazepam, (Roche Valium) and, Roche Klonopin/Clonazepam, with USA labels with my name on them and tracable controlled substance numbers.
1. Pharmacy no 1, turned me flat down, without a RX
(a prescription from either a Mexican MD or USA MD)
2. Pharmacy no 2, told me I needed a Mexican RX, but
after making conversation, with the Pharmacists on
duty, on a very slow day, she, opened up a nearby
door, and, ask me "is this what you want, I have
sealed blister packs of Pfizer Tafil (Mexican brand
Xanax) 1 mg or 2 mg bars, Roche Valium 10 mg. &
Sanofi Stillnox (Zolpidem) all in strips of ten tabletas,
price, $40.00 per strip of ten pills, so I bought, 3
strips = 10 Tafil 1 mg footballs, 10 Roche Valium, 10
Sanofi Stillnox, for USA $120.00. The pharmacist,
took my USA US Airways Barclays Bank cr card.
my MasterCard, and charged the whole thing, and I
placed the blisterpacks, in my front pocket.
3. I returned to my pricey 5 star resort/spa, and, then,
sampled, carefully, the Pfizer/Upjohn "Tafil" 1 mg
alprazolam, as I had been abstinent, from alprazolam
since 1996, with a drug dependency, It is now 16 yrs
later. I feel near nothing, swallow a two mini Mexican
beers, and, only feel the effects of the alcohol. The
blister packs all appear real and untampered with &
good expiration dates. During the next 24 hrs, I
consume, a lot of a mix of alpraxolam, and allegedly
Roche Valium, only getting intoxicated, on a bottle of
Mexican wine that evening. I am no novice, I assure
you all of these pills were grossly watered down, at
best, only 20% of the allegeded content, if that.

3. I feel used. I am leaving Baja California's Mexican
Riveria in two days. Thus, I contact, the publicity
director, or conceire, spelling?, that, I need to see the
house M.D, as advertised, in this massive.very pricey
hotel/Spa/with 18 hole Golf Course, "oceanfront".
The lady is bi-lingual, and asks me what do I need?
I state, my insomnisa is interrupting my vacation, I
request a appointment with a M.D, who has a empty
office within the opulant hotel. She tells me, she
needs $100.00 US, to make a call to accomodate
me, she hands the receiver to me ASAP, and a
bi-lingual male, I assume a Pharmacist, or a Mexican
M.D who speaks excellent English, asks me what
meds am I short on, dose size, I state the three
above meds. He states, I can provide you a maximum
of 120 Roche Valium 10mg, 120 Pfizer Tafil (Xanax)
1 mg footballs, and, sixty (60) brand Sanofi Stillnox.
Price: $340.00 US. I agree, the party tells me to go to
my room at this hotel, and, a "courier" will arrive within
20 minutes. I am called at my room 20 minutes later to
meet the young 20 something courier, with a brown
bag, and, a credit card machine, like Hertz Rent A Car
uses. Inside the bag, I see, three sealed boxes of what
appears to be exacty what I ordered, also sealed with
clear hologram wide tape wrapped around each box,
with mfg seal and good expiration dates, boxes full of
sealed blisterpacks, again, with holograms embedded
on the back side of each blisterpacki. this is done in a
public lobby, in front of the Concerige (Publicity director) My charge card is approved and I return to room.

Again, I carefully, take one pill of one mg alprazolam,
out of blister pack, and I feel the familiar feeling of that
warm fuzzy feeling, within 10 to 15 minutes!! I consume maybe 5 or 6 samples (max) the next 24hrs of
the Valium and Stillnox,all appearing very real!!!!

the problem, in my excitement, is that, I have no
prescription bottle, filled by a Mexican Pharmacist, nor,
a prescription,of either of the three controlled drugs, only 3 empty USA bottles, that hold maybe 130 of the
240 pills I purchased, in blisterpacks. I travel by plane the next day.

I pack approximatly the remaining, 100 or so pills, into
a padded envelope, with 58 tabs going to one USA
address, and the other, 42 tabs, in envelope no 2 and try to make sure they do not rattle, and remove everyone from the blisterpacks, to avoid X-ray possible
technology.I do have USA prescriptions for Clonazepam, 30 count, and Ambien 60 count, but no
USA script for Xanax or Tafil, nor any Mexican scripts!!

End of story finally, exactly 22 days after I affix proper
Mexican postage to the two envelopes, this is what I
receive. One package of 58 10 mg Valium, 50% broken in half, two tablets pulverized. On package no 2,
sent to a relative, in another time zone in the USA, I
retreive, only 2 tablets, of Roche Rivotril. The bag is
empty of approximately, 20 Zolpidem, and 20 more,
Rivotril/Klonopin 2mg. The envelopes appear to not have been opened. but who knows? someone removed
no 1 nearly all of the pills in napkin wrapped, stiff board
and stapled pills,..............WORSE YET, THE FIRST BAG OF BLUE ROCHE 10 MG VALIUMS (58) LOOKED REAL, BUT, WERE VERY HIGHLY DILUTED. AT BEST ONLY 2 MG OF DIAXEPAM, IF THAT, "not the high potency pills I purchased the day before i left". A business center employee, and, the Publicity Director, were not that stupid, I used the business office, to re-package the pills the day I left, in private, but, they knew what I was likely up to.
WARNING: counterfeit excellently embossed and
escellently vacuum sealed look a like controlled substances, abound in Mexico, (as well as around the globe). My test case in Los Cabos, proved to me that I bought either sugar pills, or, pills vastly reduced from their advertised content.

Finally, I suspect either mail tampering, at this huge,
unbusy, nearly empty luxury hotel, and that is where I ask the desk clerk to "please mail my 2 envelopes for me to the USA, I even had them weighted to affix the proper postage, or..................the postal system is corrupt somewhere,and suspect Los Cabos, as, the postmark did not say early Feb (when I checked out) but was postmarked 22 days later, from Los Cabos,
Mexico, giving an opportunists, plenty of time, to
"Switch pills from the real deals, to the proliferation, of
counterfeit, watered down pills, found all over Mexico. and I am convinced the unstolen pills I received, were duds. I had little time to build up Benzo tolerance. My associates, felt the pills received in the mail were weak if not total duds.
My story is long but, I have been involved as a novice, with severe anxiety disorders since childhood, over, 50 years ago, and my "story" is to better inform those of you who entertain, dealing with either travel to a foreign country, or, using the world wide Internet, for
IOP's. I have seen the IOP market turned upside down, from counterfeiters, in the past 3 yrs, unheard of prior to 2004. Going to local M.D is now the best bet. IMHO

I'm sorry but if you bought that in Mexico, mailed it to the USA, and expected you'd receive it all intact, you're not thinking. The very fact that you could get so much of whatever you want in Mexico should've told you they're all corrupt and will take you at any chance. Find one of the thousands of Drs in your area who'll write for Xanax and never do this again - not alone anyway.
