does 383 amgenal (allerfrim with Codeine liquid) become dangerous when old ? If a prescription is 10 years old, no expiration on bottle, and it is starting to crystalize, may it be taken? Not concerned if ineffective - am concerned with possible liver or other damage. thanks!

Since it is likely completely broken down, as it is in such a state and will have no effectiveness, what would be the point in taking it?

Any medication that is that old should just be properly disposed of, if you do not know how to do so, please consult a nearby pharmacy.
