Verwon Says:

The Alka Seltzer Cold PM contains Phenylephrine as one of the active ingredients and it can cause lessened efficacy of the Labetalol, which could result in elevated blood pressure and heart rate.

Learn more Phenylephrine details here.

Generally, systemic antihistamines should be avoided by anyone that has a heart condition and/or high blood pressure.

In most cases, however, you can use them in other forms, such as a nasal spray, unless your doctor has told you not to do so.

Is there anything else I can help with?
