Alcachofa Artichoke

can you please tell me if there are bad for me since i have been taking them for months and have lost weight . thank you.

These artichoke supplements are just that, nutritional supplements.

That said, too much of anything is never good for you, but as long as you are not going crazy taking a ton of them, you should be fine.

It should, however, be noted that they are not proven to actually help with anything, nor are they tested for any possible side effects.

I used alcachofa approx 25 days and stopped, during that time I lost 7pounds with out changing my diet or exercising. weeks Later I started taking it again and at this time I developed a severe case of acne on my face,It was horrible.Shortly after that I began having heart palpatations, which have not stopped. The acne went away once I stopped taking the alcachofa. I must say that the alcachofa does work very well. Everyone at my job takes it and I have seen the results. So I am one of many. I have not heard any complains about this supplement other than the fact that it taste terrible. The issues I had while taking this supplement could also have something to do with the Rx meds that I take (Evist,Pravastatin).Also I was taking Fish Oil,& Multivitamin. I hope that I have been helpful.
