i bought and start taking garlic oil concentrate 3mg soft gels a day.is there any good or side effect with this?i doubt also the manufacturer/company of this product.ALASKA LIFE (alaska garlic)by ABF MANUFACTURING.it is not popular. any hints please..thanks

Garlic Oil is a nutritional supplement, therefore, while it is claimed to help with many things, it has not actually been proven to do so.

The same applies to any possible side effects, it is not tested and studied like prescription medications are, so they are basically unknown.
