I am 25 weeks pregnant and have been prescribed Alamin Forte but the chemist has given me Alamin-M forte. What is the difference between the two. I was told that my aminotic liquid is just about adequate. Do I need to take this? Is it for increasing the liquid?

Alamin M Forte is a supplement, meant to help make sure you have the proper amount of the included nutrients.

It contains: Leucine, Isoleucine, Lysine, Phenylalanine, Threonine, Valine, Tryptophan, Methionone, Copper, Manganese, Magnesium and Selenium.

This can help ensure the health of you and your baby.

The difference is in what it contains, there are some additional things in Alamin, such as Calcium and Folic Acid, both of which are vital to the health of you and your baby.

Have you discussed this change and your concerns with your doctor?
