After 3 Months, Not Losing Anymore.

First three months werent great, I dropped 27 lbs. Now headed into month five and haven't lost weight for the last six weeks. Anyone else experience this? Suggestions?

Many people have reported hitting a plateau phase, after being on it for a few months, but most have said that they do eventually start losing, again.

The FDA lists the typical side effects of this medication as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache, dry mouth, nervousness and insomnia.

Is there anything else I can help with?

Yes, after 25 lbs. down I have hit a plateau. Very frustrating. Have added a little more exercise to boost my metabolism (hopefully). I track everything so I'm consistent.

Have you found anything else that helps?

Hi, I have been on Contrave a year now. I did absolutely great the first 6 months. Lost 25 pounds, no cravings and could not eat more than small amounts at each meal. Recently have begun to crave sweets which i never have before and my weight has crept up 10 pounds. I know some people are on Contrave with an added drug Saxenda.
Has anyone else had same issues. Getting worried, i am afraid to stop for fear all weight will come back but need to lose at least 40 more pounds.
