Hi. My Dr prescribed dicyclomine 10 mg 3 times a day. I noticed the amount of side effects and I'm terrified to take it. Should I be this concerned?

There are risks and possible side effects associated with taking any medication, prescription, or over the counter, this one has about the same amount of them as any other, according to the FDA.

Which ones are scaring you? Perhaps those can be addressed to help you feel better about taking it.

Are you o any other medications?

Hi, just the dizzines, blurry vision, and the most serious one which is a lump in my throat and not be able to breathe. But i was having discomfort just before going to work and I decided to take it, and guess what? No side effects what so ever, and it worked almost immediately! I'm glad I did! I also take diabetes meds, high blood pressure and cholesterol meds, but its been good so far. Thanx for replying!
