I just started today and have only taken my first pill and feel loopy and tired. I'm concerned about getting to higher dosage if this is what the lowest dosage does to me. Have you been able to move up on dosage and did side effects get better?

Hello, Krissybear! How are you doing?

What types of side effects are you experiencing?

It is highly likely that you're both dealing with a double whammy of sorts, both the side effects from starting a new medication, as well as your body adjusting to the lowering of your pulmonary hypertension. It is a sudden change to your heart, some of the pressure and workload is being taken off of it for the first time in a long time, so feeling dizzy and drowsy, while your body readjusts is perfectly normal.
