Adderall Causing Muscle Tightness, Gas And Constipation

I'm taking 20mg of ADDERALL IR a day, while I love the way my brain reacts, my body is a whole different story! I feel like I have a tight suit of armor on under my skin! My shoulders are drawn up high. Every muscle in my body is rigid, it's making my movements weird. My stomach muscles are so tight I have very painful trapped gas. Yoga is the only thing that kind of helps. Anyone else ever experienced this?

I take 30mg IR Sandoz and have also taken the Teva brand. Both of them give me very bad gas pains in the morning and I also have to use the bathroom frequently! Sometimes I will have a bowel movement 3 times, I will also feel like I have to have a bowel movement but nothing will come out. After that, I’m fine the rest of the day. I know it’s the med cuz when I don’t take it I never have this issue.
