Was wondering if they are actually the same but marketed differently. ## Only difference is that maybe they pharmecutical companies can charge a lot more for adcirca, because i believe if it comes between spending money to save your life due to pulminary issues, you are more apt to be willing to pay more for those problems, than pay top dollar for erectile disfunction. ## Yes, they are the same medication and can treat the same conditions. The only prescription drugs I take are Toprol and Crestor and I take vitamins ## Yes, Adcirca is also used to treat erectile dysfunction, it contains the active ingredient Tadalafil, which is the same active ingredient as that found in Cialis. However, you do need to check with your doctor, before taking it. Combining the Tadalafil with the Metoprolol in the Toprol can create the risk of hypotension, which is dangerously low blood pressure. Is there anything else I can help with?
