Actavis Lawsuit
UpdatedAt this point I want to start the ball rolling to get a class action suit against Actavis for the pain and suffering caused by their so-called oxycontin meds! I, too, had a similar story about the lack of pain relief, not to mention the uncomfortable GI symptoms and headache. It felt like I took a Benadryl/Codeine medication--both of which I never tolerated well. On top of that, after reporting my complaint to Actavis, they claimed their med was just fine. The FDA sent me a form to fill out. Instead of focusing their investigation on the inferior Actavis medication, the FDA form asked for all kinds of personal medical information about me! This has been a cruel and inhumane situation and I want to fight back!
