I am a male 23 yrs old.I had pain on my head(frontal sinus) so went to doctor.My doctor prescribed me this tablet. I wanna know the side effects and benefits of this drug manufactured by Lupin Lts ## Signoflam contains 100mgs of Aceclofenac, 500mgs of Paracetamol/Acetaminophen and 15mgs of Serratiopeptidase. Will this help with muscular pain? ## the active ingredient in Zerodol CR is a time released Aceclofenac, this is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, used to relieve pain and swelling. Is there anything else I can help you with? ## I am taking Zerodol cr as doctor has adviced for the treatment of osgoods schlatter disease. I got to know that it is pain reliefing and anti inflamatory. Won't it help to treat my disease? Or it will just suprass the pain and the disease stay inact?

Aceclofenac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, it is used to relieve mild pain and swelling. Acetaminophen is a very similar type of medications, which is why this combination is not available in the United States.
