I want to know about the preparation of paracetamol and aceclofenac tablets. ## Paracetamol with Aceclofenac is used to treat pain, fever and swelling. I am a 35 yr old healthy man. A few days ago I began experiencing pain in the center of my chest where my ribs are. I have consulted with my doctor and he gave me a combination of Acelofenac and Thiocolchicoside. Should it be taken together or not? ## You should take the medications as prescribed by your doctor. I am taking Hifenac SR for knee joint pain. How long can I use it and are there any side effects? What are the advantages and disadvantages of taking it? ## I have severe back and neck pain now. I am aged 54. I had a by pass surgery in Jan 2007. I had kidney stones and they were removed in Sep 2008. I suffered from Galblader stones and the stones and galblader was removed in 1994. What is the best medication for fibromylgia and how often should it be taken? ## There is no medication that is considered the best. Their effects can vary widely from person to person. Some people with this condition often do will with nonsteroidal anti-inflammatories, such as Aceclofenac: Some have had great results with Gabapentin: Some require treatment with narcotic pain management. Hi, I just wanted to know that anti inflammatory drugs can delay periods. I was having a muscle spam happened on 3rd day of my period. Doctor suggested some anti inflammatory drugs along with analgesics. I took it from 3rd day of my period to 12th. We are actively trying for a baby. Now I'm two days late. My cycle length is 28days and don't usual gets late. Is it because of the medication I took. Any insight will be helpful. I have Hifenac-P100mg with Paracetamol-325mg and Compifalm 500mg. I am having pain in the heels and slight swelling .I have taken compiflam twice a dayfor three days. But the pain is still there. Shall I take Hifenac tablets for better effect? ## You should take whatever medication your doctor has instructed you to take. It can cause blood thinning, since it is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication, which creates a risk, if the mother should miscarry or when she goes into labor. Looking at the possible side effects of each active ingredient appears to be the best way to determine Zerodol's side effects during pregnancy (as I was unable to find any other related info on Zerodol itself): The precautionary guidelines for Aceclofenac states that it must not be used during pregnancy. Chymoral AP has Trypsin Chymotrypsin which should be taken before meals and Aceclofenac and Paracetamol which should be taken after meals. . My leg ankle got twisted,and my leg is swollen for 14 days,the swelling gets decreased sometimes and then it gets increased again. I am taking Zerodol SP for 10 days.
