Is Aceclorite Plus (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol combo) safe to use for infected teeth? I have half broken teeth inside my gum. Please suggest any safe pain killer for a type 2 diabetic. Thank you.

Salsalate can be safe for diabetes. It is recommended to consult a dentist in case of broken tooth as in some cases half broken pulp can progress to infection to the root and gums
