I have a really bad sore throat and coughing ofr the last one week. I took two Paracetamol 400mg to stop me for coughing. Is this going to harm my baby? I am 12 weeks pregnant now.

Which medication did you take?

Did you take one that is a combination of Paracetamol and Aceclofenac, or did you just take Paracetamol?

Paracetamol by itself is safe to take while pregnant, but the Aceclofenac is not.

However, Paracetamol will not do anything to help with coughing.

my wife taken only one tablet ( aceclofence 100mg+paractmol325mg+chlorzoxazone250mg) wrist pain ..is there any problem to her ? & baby?.. now she is 25 th week pregnancy..
