I am 8 weeks pregnant and suffering from flu since last 6 days. I took combination of paracetamol-500mg and aceclofenac-100 mg tablets almost everyday for this past week. Is it going to harm my baby? I also took nimuselide 100mg and paracetamol 400mg a couple of times. Please let me know. It clearly indicates that these "tablets are supplied for oral administration in adults". And because it does not mention it's use in children, I personally don't think it should be used in any way on them. Every drug can effect people differently, so in order to find out for certain, you'd have to contact your child's doctor.
