Accidentally Put Ear Wax Removal In My Eyes

I accidentally put the earwax removal in my eyes thinking that it was the eye drops. I washed my eyes out with water and used the eye drops. Will this affect my eyes? It’s 9:30 at night, no doctors are open.

How are you feeling now? Can you confirm that the active ingredient in your earwax drops is Carbamide Peroxide? If so, this is what it says on the National Poison Control Center's website:

A common call Poison Control receives is when ear wax remover is mistaken for eye drops and accidentally instilled in the eye(s). If this happens, immediately rinse with plenty of running water for 15–20 minutes. Then, use the webPOISONCONTROL® online tool for guidance or call Poison Control at 1-800-222-1222.

Thank you so much for responding.I feel much better after reading you response. As far as how I physically feel I’m fine. I washed my eyes out immediately with water. My eyes are not swollen or red so I guess I’m good. Fortunately I have an eye doctors appointment next week with this being the weekend.
