I usually take one Iodine pill every morning around 6:45am for low thyroid. Today I accidentally took both my morning pill and another at 8:40pm. Is this dangerous/will it cause side effects? I'm under 21 years old, not sure if age plays a role in side effects or not. Thanks!

I forgot to add the the original, the iodine pill is 25mg. So over 14 hours I've taken 50mg. 25mg at 6:45am, and another 25mg at 8:40pm.
