I have anxiety and depression issues and I am working out to redirect my stress into healthier activities. The problem is that over the year I have developed a problem with arthritis and lower back pains. The last thing I want to do is quit or be on medication for anxiety and depression because my muscles are hurting. For the time being until I have to give it up one day, I use Absorbine Jr pain relieving liquid for my hands and their ultra strength back patch for pain for the lower back. It gives me fast relief and allows me to continue to do what I love. I know it's only a temporary solution and eventually I need to find something that is less physical to enjoy.
