Were you possibly referring to a Z-Pak?

It's an antibiotic that is available in a 5 day dosing pack, which contains the active ingredient Azithromycin.

Since it is an antibiotic, it may cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, non-allergic skin rash and diarrhea.

However, I am not aware of anything at this time that's called a V-Pack, nor have I found any record of there ever being one.
