i am diabtic since 1994. initialy took tab. but from 2003 i shifted to insulin nova mix 30 penfil 25 at b/f and 20 at dinner along with 3mg amryl at b/f and metaformin 500 two times . i was again prescribed to huma log 25 40 unit at b/f and 30 units at dinner with janumet 50/500 twice a day. due to that i experience acute diahria . though sugar levels was controlled. due to diahria i was asked to stop oral tablets and now i am taking 60 units of lantus and 10 unit of humalog r twice a day, but my fasting levels is 475 and random is around 400 to 530, pl advise
