Amoxicillin with Clavulanic Acid is a generic for Augmentin, this is an antibiotic.

That said, if it was obtained from a U.S. pharmacy, then it is good, by law, for one year from the date you had the prescription filled.

Common side effects can include: nausea, dorwsiness, skin rash and diarrhea.
