I found this medication at my daughters place can someone please help me identify it please. It is a pill roughly 1cmlong it has AL on one side and G2 on the other. The pill is marked by quarters with an indented line

Why are some of my Aprax pills imprinted "AL G2" when other pills in the bottle are marked "G2 AL"? IS THIS CORRECT AND HOW COME THEY'RE PRINTED UPSIDE DOWN? Could these pills be dangerous without knowing?
