Do you mean the drug Aldactone?
Aldactone is a potassium-sparing diuretic used to treat congestive heart failure or high blood pressure. It may also be used to treat other conditions as determined by your doctor.

What Lisa posted is correct, it contains the active ingredient Spironolactone. This is the only diuretic that works safely for me, I have a bottle in the cupboard, because it is my rescue medication, in case I experience fluid retention, again. It can cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, frequent urination, hypotension, and dehydration.
Has this been prescribed for you?
