Some of my capsules are filled all the way some are filled just a little and some are just half of the way which is the proper amount? ## Hi Kim, From what you've stated, it seems like they've been tampered with. I would probably call a local pharmacy and find out if these irregularities are normal. Something just doesn't sound right about each capsule containing what appears to be different doses; let alone the thought of being shorted on the full amount. Did you get this filled at a licensed pharmacy or come about it through some other means? I'm just curious because that would probably help determine their legitimacy. Has anyone else tried the white octagon M 20 Adderall pill? Also, why is one pill described as 5 mg and the other 7.5 mg? Are they still the 20 mg the doctor ordered? ## A white eight-sided pill with [M] on one side and "20" on the other reportedly contains 20mgs of Amphetamine / Dextroamphetamine. (NDC 00406-8893). If your pill doesn't fit this description, then it may be something different. Does your tablet have any other markings outside of the capital M? Also, what shape is your pill? I have been taking Adderall for many years and I've never noticed a smell or taste. However, my most recent Rx (same generic manufacturer as normal, Mallinckrodt) has a *very* strong smell, like a multi-vitamin, and terribly disgusting taste. I even took it back into the pharmacy to make sure I wasn't losing my mind, she agreed but couldn't figure out why. They are the white, Dextroamp-Amphetamin 15 mg tab. I have a prescription for 20 mg Adderall IR and my generic options are Aurobindo, Teva or Sandoz. Which one of these would you recommend? I've read posts that say Aurobindo is the worst but seems to be the one most pharmacies are pushing (or stock) right now. My script is for 90 pills so I can try 20 mg a day or cut one in half and try 30mg/day to find what works best for me. I'd appreciate any feedback. I take generic Adderall 20 mg for narcolepsy and there is not one local pharmacy that has it in stock. I have never had this problem before. The pharmacies are saying that it's on backorder from the manufacturer. Is anyone else having problems getting their scripts filled? ## I live in Southern NH. I am a 100% disabled veteran and have been on pain management for about 13 years. (80MG METHADONE daily... yes for pain, 6mg HYDROMORPHONE daily for break-through pain, 1.5 mg day CLONAZAPAM as sleep aid/anxiety and 1200 mg day GABAPENTIN for servered nerves,. I'm so happy I found an active forum. Been googling all kinds of search terms because I am new to this medication and would love feedback and advise. I'm 52 and started on 30mg. I told my doctor I didn't feel much after only two days of that fun high. After only one week he upped me to 60mg. I am bipolar and take meds for that, depression, anxiety and under active thyroid. I'm thinking this dose is too strong. I'm feeling anxious and agitated after only 4 hours. Now it's been a total of 8 1/2 hours and still anxious but also really tired and zoned out. Any thoughts? Do I keep going hoping this side effect will go away? If I do how many days does it take? Or should I go back to 30 until I see my doctor in 3 days? My usual generic Adderall 10mg pill is usually a round blue pill. It's manufactured usually by Aurobindo and sometimes the pharmacy will give me one manufactured by IMPA (I'm assuming it's an abbreviation). This time, I was given a round light green pill with the numbers 443 and what looks like a smushed letters MP on it. The manufacturer is Northstar (formerly Sun Pharmaceuticals). Is this safe? I had some unrelated stomach issues last year and I'm concerned about side effects of this pill since other dosages of this manufacturers generic Adderall has given people bad side effects. I've never heard of or taken Winder Labs brand and my CVS has them in stock. This is always concerning as ONLY Teva/Barr and Mallinckrodt have been effective in my experience. Today I picked up my 20mg x 2 daily adderall IR Instead of my usual adderall made by teva brand i was given a new type that I have never had before... It's supposedly a newer generic version from Lannett pharmaceuticals. It looks just like teva accept it's a lighter shade of peach color and it doesn't have that sweet flavor. It's more chalky like..its early evening and I decided to try one two hours have gone by and still nothing.
