Ace Diet Pills Effects

Hi everyone, my girl friend started taking these last week and started getting some headaches so she decided to stop. Has anyone else tried these and did they get any good results? She wants to use them to help her lose weight but doesn't like the headaches. Is it a normal side effect of this? Any other advice?

Was she drinking enough water? Dehydration is a common cause of headaches and diet pills tend to cause it. You have to drink lots of water whenever taking supplements like this.

I am seeing that ACE diet pills contain the following ingredients [1]: Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Chromium, Vanadium, and a "Proprietary ACE blend" of Green Tea Extract, Phenylethylamine (PEA), Trimethylxanthine, Theobromine, Methylsynepherine, Raspberry Ketone (Raztone), Green Coffee Bean Extract (GCB Max), L-Carnitine, Lotus Leaf, Konjac root, Garcinia Cambogia extract, Panax Ginseng extract, and Saffron extract.

So based on the ingredients I think the Chromium and the Phenylethylamine may also be to blame, as they can result in the onset of a headache. How many pills was your girlfriend taking per day? I believe the recommended does is twice daily. Is there a chance she was exceeding that amount? I always say to be careful with this or any other dietary supplement since they are not screened by the FDA before hitting the market the way that medications are. Some of the other ingredients listed can mess with blood sugar / insulin levels, increase heart rate and blood pressure, cause nausea / diarrhea, etc. Not to dissuade anyone from taking these but always do your research and pay attention to how your body feels while taking the diet pills. Oftentimes they will be on the market for awhile but then get yanked because people are having major health problems. At any rate, I hope this information helps and I'd welcome any other feedback from people who have tried these.

I'm taking these for 2 weeks and having decent results. I lost about 3 pounds but im also doing some exercise. I think they changed the formula cause my sister took them awhile back and they worked better for her plus she didnt really exercise. actually what does DMAA free mean? is that what the old version had in it?

The old formula had 90 mg of caffeine and also their blend had cocoa and spirulina. But I think the DMAA free means that their new blend doesn't have dimethylpentylamine in it which probably makes it safer. I think the results are about the same though. it seems to do what the name says which is Appetite Control and Energy [ace]. i drink lots of water each day anyways so other than feeling a bit jittery i am luckily not getting any headaches. If you guys are having issues maybe try just taking half dose every day instead. the company that makes it called Saba says that their formula combines top 5 effective weight loss ingredients into 1 pill but I'm also curious about exactly what ingredients they are talking about that are listed.

My american friend had some with her when she was visiting me in London. I tried only 1 per day and did not find myself hungry come supper time. Whatever is in these they block your hunger and that's why you probably lose the weight, because you eat less. These basically are like lots of other products out there which block your appetite. I may have some shipped here.
