Hello,

I haven't been able to find any pertinent information regarding "A to Z Gold NS Soft Gel Capsules", do you have the bottle or package they came in? If so, there should be a list of ingredients somewhere on the package. If you can provide me with the names of the ingredients I can do some research and help you to determine wether or not they can cause weight gain.

If these soft gels are a multivitamin combination, they shouldn't cause weight gain.
