Nobody seems to know what this is - There's a good chance that it is one of the following:
1.) An obscure over-the-counter product. OTC products aren't forced to be cataloged the way prescription meds are. You can almost always find an imprint match for a prescription med.
2.) A product from outside the United States and/or Canada.
Where did you get this pill from?

I have the same pills I found in my truck. I lived in Tucson when I bought the truck so the likely thing is it comes from Mexico but I dont have any clue what it is????? Does anyone!

I WENT TO MEXICO FOR GLASSES IN NOGALES & WHILE I WAS THERE WANTED TO FIND A CHEAPER ANTIBIOTIC FOR MY CAT. SOME GUY SAID HE GOT THESE PILLS MARKED 9239-M ON ONE SIDE & 500 ON THE BACK. MARCOS WAS HIS NAME, HE SAID IT WAS AN UPPER RESPIRATORY MEDICINE FOR CATS AND DOGS AND CHARGED ME $30 FOR THE PILLS. I THOUGHT I'D BEEN HAD PRETTY MUCH, BUT WANTED TO FIND OUT ANYWAY. AS TIME WENT ON THAT DAY HE SEEMED MORE & MORE LIKE A STREET HUSTLER. IF YOU'RE EVER IN NOGALES AND SOME GUY NAMED MARCOS SAYS HE'LL HELP YOU FIND SOMETHING SAY NO GRACIAS, I HEARD YOU ARE A STREET HUSTLER, GET OUT OF MY FACE.

This pill it's Acetaminophen, it's an analgesic just like an aspirin (not exactly the same) but it helps you to release small-medium headache or a flu. Don't scare guys!!
