Based on the description provided, the closest match I can find is a white oblong pill marked w907 on one side and blank on the other. It's identified as Ranitidine Hydrochloride 300 mg.

Manufacturer: Wockhardt USA
National Drug Code (NDC): 64679-0907

Ranitidine is commonly used in treatment of peptic ulcer disease and gastroesophageal reflux disease. Ranitidine is also used alongside fexofenadine and other antihistamines for the treatment of skin conditions such as hives.

Sometimes pill imprints can be smudged making it difficult to thoroughly identify the exact marking. Does this sound like a possible match?
