probably a generic. i found these pills in a bottle labeled tramadol but i know that that is probably not what they are.

If it is a white oval with only the marking 516, then it is 10mgs of Zolpidem, a generic for Ambien. This is a sedative hypnotic, used to treat insomnia and other sleep related issues.
