Hello Anthony,

Spike is likely correct but I just wanted to be clear something up. Since you are posting in acetaminophen + hydrocodone section it's fairly safe to assume that the 5mg is referring to the hydrocodone and the 500mg is referring to the acetaminophen so what you'e asking is essentially is 5mg hydrocodone/500mg acetaminophen is the same as 500mg acetaminophen/5mg hydrocodone to which the answer is yes. However, if you had a different medication could have something that looks more like 300mg/425mg then it might be worth taking a look at which active ingredient is which.
