This is an over the counter product that contains 400mgs of Guaifenesin, the active ingredient in Mucinex, this is a generic or store brand. It is used to relieve the congestion that commonly occurs due to colds.

Are there any comments or questions?

I have tablets that are blue with 44/458 stamped on them. I think they may be Guaifenesin. Can you verify this?
