This is an over the counter medication, pills marked with a 44 followed by other numbers are all over the counter items.

As to what this one is, since OTC meds are not regulated by their imprints like prescription drugs are, I haven't been able to find an ID for this one.

They are sold in many stores as store brands or generics of common OTC meds like Tylenol, Aleve and etc.
