Yes, he may have done some damage to his liver, kidneys, stomach and etc.

Are his doctors testing for other problems?

The hospital he is currerently at does not have kidney specialist. He has been in the hospital for two weeks now and has seen five different doctors, all of which have a different diagnos. My brother does not have medical insurance at this time. We are working on getting it. But in the mean time, I can not have him transferred to Oregon Health Science Universaty where they have specialist. He is currently showing major: mental/mood changes (such as agitation, confusion, hallucinations), severe stomach/abdominal pain, difficulty urinating.
