Hello, C! How are you?

Is it an oval, white tablet? Is the marking possibly 93 27? Can you please double check and post back?

If so, this tablet is manufactured by Teva Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 5mgs of Enalapril.

The FDA classifies this medication as an ACE inhibitor that's most commonly used to treat high blood pressure and certain cardiac conditions. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, headache, increased urination and hypotension.
