10mg Methadone Pill

I've been on heroin 4 about 2 years.. I do about a gram a day.. I just got 27 10 milligram methadone pills.. how should I use the pills to get off heroin. do you have a strategy that can help me?

Try taking 1 in the morning and 1 at night until your last 7 then take 1 a day for 4 days then do a half everyday for the rest u might suffer some but its worth it and if u can get maybe 2 8 mg suboxone for after you are at the half mg part

If your doing a bundle a day start with 25-30 mg the first day, you don't need to split dose. Then everyday drop 5 mg. you will be gable to tolerate the w/d much easier. Got to meetings... I know many of them are aganst methadone and suboxone don't tell them that your on it, so that you can get the initial support.

Was on the same boat as you. Do you have a methadone clinic were you live? They are great on helping you get clean. I am currently taking 160 mg per day but they started Me on a dose of about 60mg and then just depends on how your withdrawal symptoms are then they go from there. The bad thing of having the methadone pills is that your not getting clean bro or sister your just hustling for the methadone now. I had the same problem. Well guess what you don't want to withdrawal from methadone. It is way worse than the heroin due to the crap out there now a days isn't worth crap. Just saying find a clinic even if you have to drive 60 miles. Beats stealing from your babies or mom and dad. GOOD LUCK. HOPE THIS HELPED. GOD BLESS MAN AND JUST TAKE IT EASY.

for stop don't listen to what they say I was on heroin for 6 years what I do if you have 27 thats 270 milligrams start off with about 50 milligrams stay on that for 2 days then gradually go down 5 MG's everyday u won't go thru to much of withdrawlls I was so sick I had to take a 1mg kpin or xanax to mix with the Methadome towards the end when I was going 20 MG's and started to have a lil withdrawals from it but if u can get them take kpins or xanax while ur getting that low n when u stop taking Methadome even when u get to 30 MG's try and get into a detox cuz they will give you comfort meds like colonidine,ibuprofen ect. If u can find those without having to go u will barely have withdrawals I'm living proof it works!

I don’t know how you got them without some advice. I would try 10 mg once a day. But it depends on how much heroin you were using and how pure it was.
