10mg Opana Er Vs 20mg Opana Er

i have been on 10mg Opana Er twice a day for about 2 months. then my dr upped it to 2 10mg opana twice a day. i did fine on both. now i take 1 20mg Opana er and im itching! is there a chemical difference between 2 10mg and 1 20mg? has anyone else had this happen? please help!!

I'm sorry, but I'm a bit confused by the way you worded your post. Were you ever taking more than 20mgs a day? You said your doctor upped it to 2 10mg twice a day, which would be 40mgs and, if that is the case, and you were then taken down to just 20mg once a day, the itching could be due to some withdrawals.
