The pill you have is Lisinopril (20 mg) + Hydrochlorothiazide (25 mg).
These two drugs are respectively a combination of a diuretic and an ACE inhibitor, to control hypertension.

I got terrible leg cramps. They were so painful they kept me awake at night or woke me up several times a night. It took me a week to track down the cause. I eliminated every pill while keeping my diet the same. I stopped the pill.
