There is a yellow capsule of vicodin, and I saw no mg on it. All other Vicodin I have seen are white. Any answers?

First off, I would like to let you know that there is no 1000mgs of Vicodin on the market. Vicodin is available in a maximum dosage of 10mgs of the Hydrocodone and 750mgs of the Acetaminophen.

Second, the color means nothing, that is entirely up to the whit and whim of the manufacturer.

Third, they do not have to have the dosage on the tablet, just a unique imprint to enable its identification, in case of emergency.

Thus, it is the imprint that tells us what it is. Are there any markings, at all, on the medication you are asking about?

Is it a capsule or a tablet that is capsule shaped?

Some of the markings for yellow Vicodin tablets include:

Watson 853, 10mgs/325mgs

V 3601 10mgs/325mgs

If it is an actual capsule, nothing I stated may apply, especially if it has no markings, because it could be a dosage that was specially ordered by a doctor and put together by a compounding pharmacy.

When they say 1000 mg. They mean 10's. That's just street talk for the pills 1000- 750 - or 500 really means 10's - 7.5's or -5's VERNON that's for u.
