My Dr. proscripted the above for shoulder pain, can yoou tell me what in it and any side effacts they may have

Since this is topical, it doesn't usually cause a lot of side effects, because you absorb very little of the medications, but you may experience some skin irritation at the application site.

Ketorolac is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory, Gabapentin is an anticonvulsant that has also been shown to help with pain, both Baclofen and Cyclobenzaprine are muscle relaxants and Lidocaine is a topical anesthetic.

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what the Aman stands for, is anyone else familiar with?

Amantadine is the "aman" medication you're looking for. Though mostly a Parkinson's medication is has also been found to help with pain.
