M523 on one side, 10/325 on the other side is 325 mg Acetaminophen + 10 mg Oxycodone a generic Percocet.

That is correct, it is a narcotic analgesic, so it may be habit forming and might cause side effects, such as nausea, dizziness, drowsiness and constipation.
