Zuvamor Side Effects

I have had a triple bypass 7 years ago, and a week ago had a pacemaker fitted due to slow heartbeat.the dr has prescribed zuvamor 20mg one at night. Yesterday I has an episode similar to a hot flush with a severe pain (almost like a trapped wind) between my breastbone. It lasted about 20mins. Also a shortness of breath. All my meds is still the same but Crestor has been replaced with zuvamor. As it is evening here, I am unable to get hold of my doctor and the symptoms are receding now. I have been prescribed 20mg zuvamor. Cholesterol at 6.2. Started taking half a tablet then moved onto taking a whole tablet. I am experiencing heart palpitations and shortness of breath. Thickening of my tongue at times too. Pain in my back and chest. Tingling in my limbs and my ears are ringing. Should i continue with the medication? ## Hello, Amz! How are you feeling? Discomfort in back almost like the feeling of getting the flu. switched from storwin to.zuvamor last week, I didn't feel like this on storwin. ## Hello, Lesley! How are you feeling? Why did you change medications? ## Feeling better thanks, my doctor renewed my script after 6 months and said that Zuvamor is a clone of Crestor and is a better option.

Good day, I have been on Zuvamor 40mg for almost a year now, wasn't feeling well so they changed it to Storwin 40mg. Stil not feeling better. Can i change to Aspavor astorvastatin 40mg? ## Hello, Adele! How are you? What symptoms are you experiencing? All of these statin medications that are used to help lower cholesterol carry the risk of causing the same side effects, which the U.S. FDA lists as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headache and joint/muscle aches. It might be better if you speak to your doctor to see what other alternatives you have. Have you tried lowering your cholesterol with diet and exercise?

My husband takes Zuvamor 20. He has bad joint pains and now developed a Bakers Cyst in both legs. First one leg then the other. Is it possibly related to Zuvamor? ## Can Zuvamor create Bakers cysts I do not understand what i am doing wrong
