i m taking zoryl m1 tablet . please let me know the when to take these tablets that is with or without food / breakfast. If without food / breakfast, what should be the reasonable interval between food/breakfast & medicine intake. ## Zoryl M1 contains Metformin and Glimepiride, both of which are oral antidiabetic medications that are used to help lower and control blood sugar. Normally, they are taken on an empty stomach, just before a meal, with a full 8 ounce glass of water, that way they have time to start working to control your blood sugar, by the time you have finished eating. It worked well for one month, but after that my ppbs after BF was high 200-270 (1 hr after BF) though ppbs after lunch was normal. Again i changed to zoryl m3 and it did not work. Now i am taking hum insulin R 8 unit before BF and 8 units before lunch and 30/70 16 units before dinner and my sugar level is normal. Can i restart zoryl m1?

i am taking zoryl m1 & m2 tablets OD. please let me know the when to take those tablets that is with or without food / breakfast. If without food / breakfast, what should be the reasonable interval between food/breakfast & medicine intake. ## Zoryl M1 and M2 both contain Glimepiride (1mg and 2mgs, respecitively) and 100mgs of Metformin. Thus, first I'd like to ask why you're taking them both? Did your doctor instruct you to do so? These are oral antidiabetic medications and for the maximum benefit, they should be taken just before a meal, that way they have the chance to start working, by the time you are done eating.
