I need to find a source for Zolpidem manufactured by Qualitest ## I just checked on the manufacturer's webpage and they do not have Zolpidem listed as one of their products. The end of the pill are rounded, scored on one side. They are supposed to be 10 mg Ambien, ordered from a pharmacy in India. My third or fourth order, but only this one has seemed sketchy. The other pills were marked in a way that I could identify them as Zolpidem. ## Without any markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what the tablets contain, that is one of the hazards of ordering in such a manner. Have you tried contacting the place you ordered from to ask them for more information on them?

You are completely right about Torrent manufactured generic Ambien. I am also using Medco but they had been sending me a white football shaped pill for generic Ambien 10 mg, that worked okay, not really that good, just okay. Then this month they sent me this peach colored oblong shaped pill with 3 dots on one side and 10 mg on the other and I haven't been able to get to sleep at all this month. I don't understand why anyone would do this to people who can't sleep. I have taken Zolpidem for about 10 years (10mg most nights). I live in Thailand, and I can get them from a pharmacy...although the quality seems to change. The latest ones are called Zopalet and have MP on one side of the white oval tablet (normal white 10mg shape like Sanofi style but these seem to be roughly-made and chalky, not smooth and shiny or well-made by the press machine). Does anyone know what these are? What they contain? They seem a bit different in action. Weaker and not pure either. I have a fat liver already so I want to avoid problems. Just received my prescription of Lypin 10 that's made in India. White bar shaped pills labeled JPEE labs. They aren't actually Ambien. They might have trace Ambien in them. They gave me an almost immediate feeling of half being asleep and very active bad dreams all night. I can take a 5 mg Ambien and it makes me fall asleep immediately. I have insomnia issues long term since APS related migraines etc.. Loved the Zolpidem 5mg pink caplets(oval) as could break even into 3 if it is 4 in the morning but am bouncing off rem sleep. My pharmacy no longer carries that brand but uses tiny 5 mg unbreakable white circular pills. A round gray pill does not work as well although same ingredient does not work as well ## @Chuck, When you switch brand names or manufacturers the drug itself doesn't change, but rather the binders or fillers that they put with it. Certain "inactive" ingredients which may or may not be present in each brand, are actually detrimental to how the drug is metabolized and used by your body. So it is possible that you may respond favorably with one medication and not the other (even if they are the same active ingredient). Hi. The pharmacist gave my mom her refill on her zolpidem and she didn't really pay attention and thought it was a new prescription for sleeping since it was a peachy orange color. I'm a long term user of zolpidem. Whenever I forget to take this medicine I have horrible dreams, sweats and a poor night's sleep. With zolpidem I sleep very well.I guess I should continue zolpidem indefinitely as long as my doctor approves. Also, MEDCO is now sending me pale orange zolpidem instead of white. If so, yes it contains 10mgs of Zolpidem, but there can be slight fluctuations from one generic to another and the inactive ingredients can be completely different, so either reason could have caused your problem. Zolpidem Tartrate 10mg possibly defective? I take 1.5 to 2 tabs for me to get a therapeutic effect equivalent to the white generics I used to get from Medco. We used to call it "Buffing." Looking at the mold marks on the Torrent brand. A square with four dots inside it remind me of Mexican counterfeit tab impressions manufactured in latex or silicone hand pressed molds. The mark is not sharp and clear that I have seen elsewhere. The 10 Mg on the other side of the tab seems well imprinted?
