orange round pill ## do these work and are they intended to help insomnia? ## does any gernic international ambien come in a peanu shaped pill that is beige in color no markings or a funny shaped blue pill no markings or a tiny round light pink with 20 imprint? ## Norma, in the U.S. all legal prescription drugs have to have an imprint of some sort on them. This is under Federal Law, they must have markings that allow them to be identified according to drug, manufacturer and dosage. Therefore, in the U.S. if it has no marking, it is NOT a prescription medication!! In rare instances, you will run into foreign drugs with no markings and no way to positively identify them, but in most cases if they have no marking, they are something over the counter. There is a Canadian tablet that is desc...

My pill is round and white with the number 2113 on one side only and is suppose to be a zolpidem 12.5mg. ## Hello, Carol! How are you? Can you please double check the imprint and post back? The closest I can find has the markings A116, which is manufactured by Anchen Pharmaceuticals and they list it as containing 12.5mgs of Zolpidem in an extended release formulation. The FDA classifies this medication as a sedative hypnotic and its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, hallucinations, sleep actions and next day hangover-like effects. ## zolpidem only comes in 10mg and not 12mg as you said it was. ## I have these zolpidem ER and they don't work at all! ## Same here. Zolpidem ER 12.5 manufactured by Anchen. They do NOTHING. ## I take the blue 12.5mg zolpidem. T...

I have 10 generic Zolpidem white round pills with imprint 4 on one side, 93 on the other (from Walgreens). Sometimes they seem to work. Sometimes they don't. The pills are printed two different ways (as you turn them over): 74 face up/93 face down and 74 face up/93 face up. Does it matter or am I nuts? ## Sorry! The above SHOULD HAVE read the imprint is 74 on one side, 93 on the other. ## No, it the difference in the markings doesn't really mean anything, other than that some pills fell into the stamping machine in a different orientation. That, however, does not mean that you may be crazy. Generics are allowed, under federal law, to differ from their name brand counterparts by as much as plus or minus 20% in the active ingredient. If the manufacturer has poor quality control st...

I need to know if any of them are dark orange ## Hello, Lisa! How are you? Zolpidem is available in many colors, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. Are there any markings on the tablet in question? That is what would enable it to be identified. Can you please post back with this information? Thanks! The FDA classifies Zolpidem as a sedative hypnotic that is most commonly used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Its typical side effects may include nausea, drowsiness, dizziness, funny taste in mouth, sleep actions, hallucinations and next day hangover-like effects. ## I've been taking it for many years like 20 years and I went from 5 MG to 10 MG & simple sleep over the counter and to trazodone . I was taking 2 10 mg. Now I'm to 2 Zanax. 1 mg 2 benadryl and ...

The end of the pill are rounded, scored on one side. They are supposed to be 10 mg Ambien, ordered from a pharmacy in India. My third or fourth order, but only this one has seemed sketchy. The other pills were marked in a way that I could identify them as Zolpidem. ## Without any markings, it is going to be difficult to determine what the tablets contain, that is one of the hazards of ordering in such a manner. Have you tried contacting the place you ordered from to ask them for more information on them?

purchased in Mexico, 10 mg, but very yellow and round ## Are there any markings on them? That is what would enable us to check if they really are Zolpidem. ## Probably the fakes that they are selling. They are acually Cyclobenzaprine 10 or 5mg. They are ripping people off... I know this for a fact! What does your bottle say? I remember I googled it and found nothing.

which is better - how do I know which one I have? ## Hello, Mickey! How are you? Which is better can depend on the person. Some people do better with the regular release that takes about 15 to 20 minutes to start working, but not everyone stays asleep with it, so they may require the sustained release. The FDA classifies this as a sedative hypnotic that is most commonly used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, somnolence, hallucinations, funny taste in mouth, next day hangover-like effects and sleep actions. What are the markings on the pills you have? If you can post back with this information, I can check to see which formulation they are.

I bought in mexico. It is scored on one side. I bought it as generic ambien but I don't even know the strength of the pill. Can anyone help me? ## Are there any markings on the tablet? If not, it will be virtually impossible to confirm what it is, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. This is one of the hazards of buying foreign medications. I've not even seen this tablet mentioned, before. I am sorry, I wish I could be of more help. Is anyone else familiar with this tablet? ## Did you ever take the ambien you got from Mexico or find out any more info on it? I just got some as well. Round, orange tablets. Scored one one side and unmarked on the other. It should be 10mgs but I have no way of telling or even telling if its generic ambien. I got it at Discount Pharmacy in Nog...

whay do the zolpidem pills llok like and how many shud i take the first time? ## You should follow your doctor's prescribing instructions, which is usually just 1 tablet. As to what they look like, there are many generics on the market and they all have different imprints, so I cannot possibly list a description of all of them with their imprints. However, if you post back with the markings from the tablet in questions, I will gladly check for you to see what it is. ## white pill small oblong on side says 93 other says58 ## Are ther any purple colored zolpidem tartrate 10mg pills? ambien,10mgs,peach colored, no visible markingsraids ## peach colored, no markings, supposed to be ambien 10mgs ## If there are no markings, then it is not a legal U.S. version of Ambien and there is no way to know, with any certainty, what you have, unless you would pay to have it lab tested. Where was this obtained? ## My Ambien (zolpidem tartrate) 5 mg. is reddish, with a logo on one side and 5 mg on the other side. Made or sold by Torrent Pharmacy. Works OK but lasts about 3 hours. need help identifying small round yellowish pill imprinted with A1 and nothing else....Please help ## I believe it is the generic for Ambien CR 12.5 mg. It is a sleeping pill (sedative/hypnotic). It is used to treat insomnia. It is not addictive, but if you take this medication for a long period of time your body will depend on it for sleep. I hope that helps. ## The pill that I've found which meets this description, off-white and round contains 1mg of Guanfacine, the active ingredient in Tenex, it has several medical uses, including treating high blood pressure. Dark pink in colour. Oblong shape. No markings apart from an indentation line one one side of the tablet. 10 mg Zolpidem tartate tablets is the name stated on packaging. Shipped from India. Lic.No. 1752-OSP ## Without any markings, it is impossible to verify what it is. Since it is from outside the U.S. it can sometimes be hard even if it does have markings on it. The only real option you have would be to pay to have it lab tested. Did you order these online?

I have been taking ambien or zolpidem for years. This time I was given mylan. Is this the same thing? ## Mylan is the name of a drug manufacturer, not a medication. Can you please post back with the markings on the medication in question? The FDA lists the typical side effects of the medication you mentioned as possibly including nausea, dizziness, headaches, sleep actions, and hallucinations.

i have some solid yellow, round pills with no markings at all. does anyone know if this is ambien or the generic for ambien. please help asap. ## It's not an Ambien/Zolpidem tablet that's approved and legally available in the U.S. I can tell you that much, because they are all required to have imprints according to federal law. This enables them to be identified in case of emergency. Learn more Ambien details here. Where were they found/obtained?
