That is normal, and happens with anything we ingest regularly. The FDA lists the typical side...

I have insomnia issues long term since APS related migraines etc.. Loved the Zolpidem 5mg pink caplets(oval) as could break even into 3 if it is 4 in the morning but am bouncing off rem sleep. My pharmacy no longer carries that brand but uses tiny 5 mg unbreakable white circular pills. The full 5 mg gives me that awful "hangover"How can I find a pharmacy that carries this 5 mg pink caplet?? How much is it? My insurance won't cover unless it is through their pharmacy. I'd however encourage you to try some natural alternatives, such as valerian root, lavender essential oil, cannabis (indica), meditation, etc. Of those options, I find meditation to be the most effective for long term relief. This is because you can eventually gain total control over your thought patterns and how your brain operates on a daily basis. It's basically like reprogramming your brain to do as you think or say instead of lett...

Zolpidem is a hypnotic used for the short-term treatment of insomnia and Alprazolam is a Benzodiazeopine, and because of the possible effects, they should not be used together, unless your doctor instructs you to do so. They can both cause depression of the central nervous system, which can result in lowered heart rate and blood pressure, as well as respiratory depression, so the two of them...

which is better - how do I know which one I have? ## Hello, Mickey! How are you? Which is better can depend on the person. Some people do better with the regular release that takes about 15 to 20 minutes to start working, but not everyone stays asleep with it, so they may require the sustained release. The FDA classifies this as a sedative hypnotic that is most commonly used for the short-term treatment of insomnia. Its typical side effects may possibly include nausea, dizziness, drowsiness, somnolence, hallucinations, funny taste in mouth, next day hangover-like effects and sleep actions.
