Zinc Supplement

someone was asking earlier today about how much mag to take and I cant find the thread. I use Nature Made Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc supplement with vitamin D. 2 tabs when needed, usually at night before bed. I also do an epsom salt bath every night with 1-2 cups epsom salt in the bath water, along with a sports alcohol. This is great! Sometimes when the restless legs are really bad I take several baths a night. I will never go without my magnesium!!!!!

zinc sulfate ## I want to know the drug study of E-zinc syrup. ## Zinc is actually not considered a drug. it is a nutritional supplement. It is vital to our overall health and a lack of it has been shown to have an effect on immunity, making people more susceptible to catching illnesses, which is why it is often promoted as a supplement to fight colds and flu. Hi All, I'm 34 year old male suffering for hair loss & thinning. Want to start treatment with I've planned to start some non "DHT Inhibitor" treatment for my Norwood 4/5 & thinning hairs with Minoxidil 5% (topical solution) & Ketoconazole-2 % based shampoo but got too confused on vitamins and supplements. However, I do know that it has been discovered and proven that a lack of the proper amount of Zinc in the body can lead to some conditions that result in severe diarrhea. So, by adding it into treatment or using it as a preventative supplement, they have helped prevent many hospitalizations and deaths in many third world countries where diet and nutrition is a continuing problem.
